Extra Credit: Iron Man's Adventures

I just found out about the Marvel Kids website yesterday. Of all the great all-ages games, videos, and previews I saw on the site, one stood out as more than worthy of my first Extra Credit review on our site: "Iron Man's Adventures".

This computer-animated adventure can be found in its nearly five minute entirety over three segments. The premise is simple: a giant robot is attacking the city. The first hero to the scene? Spider-Man. Realizing he is out of his league, Spidey phones a friend: Tony Stark aka Iron Man.

So, it's Iron Man to the rescue versus the giant robot. Or make that a few giant robots. Luckily, Iron Man has a couple friends to help him out in a very satisfying result.

Simply put, this series/format needs to be made a televised series or a feature-length DVD immediately! The animation is great. The voice work is well done. The soundtrack and sound effects are excellent. The characters are all at their iconic Marvel best. I am really struggling not to reveal spoilers for this one, so go to http://marvelkids.com/videos and check it out for yourself.

I would recommend this one for anyone six or up, and I give this one a solid A.

More, Marvel, more!
